Terms of Service
1. Provider
VideoFixki AI is operated by Mohammad Rami Khalil, Brückenstraße 71, 15562 Rüdersdorf bei Berlin, Germany.
2. Service
VideoFixki AI provides AI-powered video creation tools. Users can create videos from text prompts and, where available, images or additional media options.
3. User account
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activity performed through their account.
4. Fixki Credits
Video generation is paid with prepaid Fixki Credits. Credits are deducted according to the selected creation mode, model, duration, format, and optional features displayed before creating a job.
5. Generated content
Users are responsible for prompts, uploaded materials, and the use of generated videos. Users must not create illegal, infringing, abusive, harmful, or misleading content.
6. Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI generation may fail or be delayed due to provider, infrastructure, moderation, or technical limitations.
7. Payments and invoices
Payments are processed through supported payment providers. Invoices or payment confirmations may be provided according to the billing setup and applicable law.
8. Refunds
If a paid generation job fails due to a technical error and no usable video is created, the deducted credits may be restored automatically or manually after review. Completed generated videos are generally not refundable unless required by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the service, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change.
